About tool subscriptions

Make, Airtable, and other platforms are connected on your own accounts — so you keep full access and control over costs. The subscriptions themselves are not included in my fee. Make from ~$9/mo, Airtable from ~$20/mo. If you're based in Russia and need help paying for international services — I can help with that.

FAQ

Why fixed price, not hourly?

Clients need to know the total before starting. Hourly billing creates uncertainty — I remove it. If scope grows during the project, we discuss it separately and upfront, not after the fact.

What does "support" include?

Bug fixes that appear after delivery. Minor logic tweaks. Questions about how the system works. Not included: adding new features — that's a separate task with a new estimate.

Do I need to pay for Make / Airtable separately?

Yes, subscriptions are connected on your own accounts — so you keep full access and control costs independently. This is not included in my fee. Make's free plan covers small volumes. Paid plans start at ~$9–16/mo. If you're based in Russia and have trouble paying for international services, I can help with that. I'll also help you pick the right tier.

Do you work with teams outside Russia/CIS?

Yes. I'm based in Belgrade, work remotely across any timezone. Communication in Russian or English.

Make or n8n — which should I choose?

Make if you need speed, built-in connectors, and don't want to manage infrastructure. n8n if self-hosted matters (data privacy, compliance) or you need very custom logic. I'll help you choose on the call — it depends on your specific case.

Can I hire you on a retainer?

Yes, if you have a steady flow of automation tasks. Terms are discussed individually — write me on Telegram.
